We deliver across India, covering most cities and towns supported by our logistics partners. Delivery availability is determined by PIN code and will be confirmed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if applicable).

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
Delays may occur due to courier constraints, high demand during festivals, or unforeseen events like strikes, weather disruptions, or transport issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods. These offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday during standard business hours (9 AM to 7 PM).

Delayed, Failed, or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our support team will assist you with real-time updates and resolution. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we may attempt a second delivery. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply. Orders returned due to non-acceptance or failed delivery may be eligible for refund after deducting actual shipping and handling charges.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:
• Do not accept the package.
• Notify us immediately with photos at payments@lebely.com.
After investigation, we may offer a replacement or refund based on the case.
