Cancellation Policy

At Lebely, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with flexible options in case you need to cancel an order. However, since some products may be processed quickly after purchase, we request you to carefully read our cancellation terms before placing an order.

 Cancellation Window

  • Standard Orders (non-custom):
    Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order may already be in process or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders:
    Must be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once preparation or customization begins, these orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Shipped or Out-for-Delivery Orders:
    Orders that have already been shipped or marked “Out for Delivery” cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using any of the following methods:

Please include your order number, full name, contact details, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the status of your request within 24 hours.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved before order processing, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the order is already under preparation, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees (up to 50%).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

The following orders are non-cancellable:

  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery

  • Custom or made-to-order products once production has started

  • Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or part of time-limited promotions

 Force Majeure (Exceptional Circumstances)

In rare events such as natural disasters, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or emergencies, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and transparent in such scenarios.
